Brandon Chapman is Vice President, Regional Operations at SMART Safety Gulf Coast and located in Baton Rouge, LA with the Gulf Coast Region. Brandon is a Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the College of Engineering at Louisiana State University and a Master’s degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University. Brandon has worked on numerous heavy civil construction projects, including a design build project of the longest cable stayed bridge in the country, The John James Audubon Bridge.
Brandon has developed and delivered numerous onsite training programs, conducted hundreds of jobsite audits, managed worker’s compensation claims, and maintained storm water pollution prevention plans. He also has experience in industrial safety and the emergency services arena including haz-mat, fire protection, high angle rescue, security, and medical first responder.
