Laura Matherne is Client Services Specialist at SMART Safety Gulf Coast and located in Baton Rouge, LA with the Gulf Coast Region. Laura has been with the company since 2014 and has extensive experience and a proven track record in customer accounting, management and support and service. She also has work experience that includes 12 years in the Early Childhood Education field as an instructor and trainer with an additional 4 years experience in the banking industry.
Prior to joining the SMART safety team Laura and was an Office Manager for 7 years with Maintenance Protection Systems, Inc., a specialty contractor with emphasis on repairing and protecting concrete and infrastructure. She has strong technical expertise in a variety of IT applications and programs including Viewpoint, QuickBooks and the entire suite of Microsoft Office solutions.
Laura is responsible for the company’s customer account management support services to include client account set up and billing and receiving, as well as the accurate tracking and management of revenue, incoming payments and process of collections. Laura also provides valued-added services and management for SMART customers across numerous online Contractor Portals and websites that include ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, Browz, and PEC.
