Andrew Wilder is Safety Services Representative at SMART Safety Gulf Coast and located in Baton Rouge, LA with the Gulf Coast Region. Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment from Southeastern Louisiana University. He also earned his Board Qualified Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) qualification and is currently working on his Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification and Medic First Aid/CPR/AED Trainer designation.
Prior to joining SMART Safety Group, Andrew worked with Performance Contractors as a Safety Technician in two of their industrial pipe fabrication facilities with over 100 employees. He has used this experience to excel in most all health and safety aspects of machining and fabrication.
Andrew organizes and conducts a number of safety services and support functions to help cultivate and maintain effective safety behavior and culture across our client’s organization. He focuses on field safety audits, site observations and inspections, field supervisor meetings, workforce health and safety training, and safety business meetings across the Gulf Coast Region.
