Rob Walden is Area Safety Services Director at SMART Safety Gulf Coast and located in Atlanta, GA with the Southeast Region. Rob earned a bachelor’s degree In Occupational Health & Safety from Indiana University and is a Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP). He also holds OSHA 30 Hour Certification in Construction.
Rob’s work in safety has been in industrial construction on projects such as blast furnace rebuilds and oil refinery construction. His experience and skills include observational site audits, hazard mitigation, site safety orientation, pre-work safety advisement, post-work safety evaluation, incident analysis, composition of job specific safety plans and lock out/tag out program management.
