Wendy Duncan is a Safety Service Manager at SMART Safety Gulf Coast, located in Baton Rouge, LA with the Gulf Coast Region. Wendy joined the SMART team having over two decades of Management Success, working with Municipalities and the Petro-Chemical industry in the areas of: HSSE, Emergency Operations, Fire Protection & Prevention, Construction, Business Operations and Projects. In addition to her extensive experience, Wendy has earned various safety certs and undergraduate degrees in both Occupational Health & Safety and Business Management.
Wendy is a proven influential leader; she spends her days Developing the overall Safety Culture for our clients. She organizes and leads Safety Business and Field Supervisor Meetings; and she conducts field audits, observations, pre-qualifications and training for many of SMART Safety Gulf Coasts clients.
Wendy is a Veteran; and she exhibits a passion for life in both work and play! When she’s not mitigating hazards and leading teams to Safety victories, you may find her spending time with family and friends, enjoying outdoor activities, or cutting a rug on a dance floor.
